Men Men (Steamed Corn Flour) & Thang Co Soup

The ultimate traditional culinary combo of the local Hmong group on the karst plateau. Men men is made from indigenous corn hand-ground in stone mills and twice-steamed to achieve a rich, fluffy texture. It is traditionally enjoyed mixed directly into a bowl of hot horse-offal Thang Co soup, spiced up with roasted chilies.
