Minh Huong Duck Specialty

A famous indigenous duck breed raised naturally along the crystal-clear Cham stream in Minh Huong commune, Ham Yen district. Due to their natural diet, the meat is exceptionally fragrant, thick, sweet, and lean. It is best enjoyed boiled with lime-leaf salt or slow-roasted with mac khen seeds.
