Na Hang Native Black Pork

A unique highland product from the ethnic minority groups of Na Hang. The local black pigs roam freely in the forest, yielding exceptionally firm, moisture-free meat with a thick yet crispy skin. It is traditionally prepared as smoked hearth meat, local sausages, or stir-fried with fragrant mac mat leaves.
